We ship from our warehouse in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. We have efficient and low cost shipping throughout Canada.
Orders placed before 1pm MST (3pm EST) are often shipped the same day we receive them. Occasionally we may need time for processing. Some special order items require several days for processing.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping to most locations in Canada on website orders over $99(after any discounts and before tax).
Due to the huge increase in freight costs we can no longer offer free shipping to NWT, Yukon, and some other locations within the provinces that are not serviced by couriers. In the past we have offered "free shipping" to these locations despite it resulting in a big loss for us. We have added a surcharge for shipping to these locations.
Free Shipping does not apply to special bulk quoted orders.
Shipping Costs
We have worked with various carriers to be able to offer very competitive shipping rates throughout Canada.
You can estimate shipping costs without having to complete the checkout process. Simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your postal code or zipcode, and then press the "Estimate Shipping and Tax button".
Shipping costs typically range from $10 -> $18 depending on your location and order size.
Local Pickup at our Warehouse
We do not have a physical retail store. Our products are all stored and shipped out via our warehouse in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada.
If you are in the area and would like to save the cost of shipping you can choose the "local pickup" shipping option during checkout. We will contact you by email or phone to confirm an approximate pickup time after your order is placed.

Canada Shipping Times
If you are ordering supplies or gifts for an upcoming event please include the date in the comment section during checkout. If for some reason we think your order may not arrive in time we will contact you.
Here are the typical shipping times with standard ground service. Express services are also available.
Alberta: Typical Shipping time: 1-3 business days.
BC, SK, MB: Typical Shipping time: 2-4 business days.
Ontario, Quebec: Typical Shipping time: 4-8 business days.
Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI: Typical Shipping time: 5-9 business days.
NWT, Yukon: Typical Shipping time: 4-12 business days.
USA Shipping
Several shipping options are provided for USA bound shipments. Shipping services with UPS are available.
International Shipping
Our website is not setup for shipping to other countries however we can arrange these orders through email. We can also arrange shipping to your freight forwarder.
