We are based out of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. If you have any questions or concerns pleases contact us directly. We ship quickly and with minimal cost throughout Canada and the USA and international shipments can be easily arranged.

Payment
We offer secure credit payment using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also offer payment using Paypal.
All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD$). Currently the $CAD is worth about 30% less than the $USD. US customers paying by Paypal will see the converted cost in $USD during the final stage of checkout based on Paypal's daily currency conversion rate.
The collection of GST & HST tax is based on the location to which the goods purchased will be shipped in Canada. Purchases made by customers in the USA are not subject to Canadian taxes.
Packages valued at less than $800 are duty free. As a bonus for our USA customers we will cover the costs of any applicable customs brokerage fees and duties for orders valued over $200. Any applicable state taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup
To keep our product costs low on greenmunch.ca we do not have a physical store location and our website and wholesale inventory are managed separately. Our products are stored and shipped out via a warehouse in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada.
If you are in the Edmonton area and would like to save the cost of shipping and pick up your product then during checkout you will be given an option to select "Local Pickup". We will contact you by email or phone to confirm a pickup time and location. Directions to our warehouse are here.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will gladly refund your order for the price of the returned merchandise less shipping fees. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning the items.
Sanitary items such as disposable gloves are not refundable.
Shipping costs for refused or undeliverable packages are non refundable. This includes shipping costs to send and to have the items returned to us.
